Не знаю, чего я ожидала, но осталась немножечко разочарованной. Мне нравится издание и пока идёт рассказ о пароходах, начинаешь сочувствовать Капитану, когда дела с ними идут плохо. Лор вампиров интересный, но недоделанный, а дружба главных героев всё-таки спасла концовку для меня. Тот факт, что вампиры не могут обращать людей оказался интересным поворотом, хотя книга попыталась свернуть этот факт и проявить позже.
