Почему-то я всегда чувствую себя в безопасности, когда беру роман этого автора (а я уже прочитал их много). Я знаю, что написание будет безупречным, история будет без стресса, и в основном она будет об интересных людях, их повседневной жизни и отношениях. Главный герой в Redhead by the Side of the Road - Мика, и он один из тех людей, которые так любят нынешние авторы - человек, который, вероятно, где-то в Спектре, но который все еще функционирует в обществе и на самом деле имеет много привлекательных характеристик. Мне очень понравился Мика с его строгими навязчивыми рутинами и его полной неспособностью читать нюансы в отношениях. Это была короткая, но милая книга, очень настоящая, и в равной степени грустная и душевная. Как читатель, я хотел, чтобы он был счастлив и должен был признаться в нескольких слезах в конце. С огромным удовольствием перечитала роман любимой Энн Тайлер на английском языке. Безумно люблю творчество писательницы и готова бесконечно читать и анализировать суть ее историй. Мне доставляет это огромное удовольствие.Главный герой-обычный человек, который не любит менять что-то в своей жизни, но сама Судьба стучит к нему в дверь и вместе с ворохом осенних листьев приносит неожиданные новости. Много осени, мудрых мысли и простой человеческой жизни.
