The presented work gives an outlook on world view matters of general significance, offers methods to solve a variety of problems that the modern society is faced with. The comprehensive system of knowledge, used by the author, originated in the deep subsoil of the Russian culture, that absorbed ancient knowledge and experience of the many nations and people that took part in its development.
