Легкое и приятное чтение. Вообще-то, мне понравилась эта вторая книга больше, чем первая из серии Smythe-Smith. Наконец-то влюбленные с самого начала знали, что они влюблены. Не притворяйтесь, что это не так, просто работа вокруг логистики, чтобы что-то с этим сделать, и давление быть человеком в отношениях с таким небольшим социальным выбором, учитывая период времени. Мне понравился этот противоположный подход от любой из других историй типа Бриджертона, я отчаянно просмотрел его, чтобы увидеть, как они, наконец, заставили это работать (потому что вы знали, что это сработает), хихикал над некоторыми из саркастических фраз из Gentlemen, и был удивлен некоторой драмой!
Люблю книги этого автора. Они всегда у нее легкие и с хорошим юмором.
И эта книга тоже не стала исключением. Герои хорошо прописаны, ситуации у них бывают очень абсурдные и комичные). Нежность и горячесть "сцен" очень хорошо прописаны.
Единственное - не хватило чего-то цепкого (в отличии от книг про Бриджертонов).
Томик пухленький, страницы шершавые, буквы на обложке выпуклые.
И эта книга тоже не стала исключением. Герои хорошо прописаны, ситуации у них бывают очень абсурдные и комичные). Нежность и горячесть "сцен" очень хорошо прописаны.
Единственное - не хватило чего-то цепкого (в отличии от книг про Бриджертонов).
